Myself and my girlfriend recently spent two nights here and were both pleasantly surprised by both the facilities and the standard of service. The manager was a very helpful and entertaining gentleman and his staff were accomodating throughout. The proximity to the town centre and the availability of excellent food in the restaurant below are further plus points. Highly recommended. more

This is certainly better than your run-of-the mill hotel or than its arbitrary 3-star rating suggests. Staff are mostly good, although occasionally a bit too rushed and rough around the edges. However, they are very attentive and courteous. My deluxe-room could have been described as very nice if it had not been for the second bed they had put in.... more
