Booked 4 nights at Ilsington having never been there, selected as it was in right location, has leisure facilities and was offering a Christmas break. We were made very welcome and had a very comfortable room with magnificent views over Newton Abbot. The location in at the top of a very steep hill and following the satnav took us up a very difficult route with quite tight bends. We did find an easier route the following day in daylight.
