Snowed in at Gleneagles I ventured 16 miles away, where after the Glendavon range the snow had gone having been still a foot thick at Gleneagles. My husband and I had lunch there - it was Winter and cold but the cafe was warm and welcoming with tasty food. more

On my second visit and still very impressed by the price and the quality of my stays. Food is very good with fresh local ingredients. Staff are extremely helpful and polite. The only drawback is going from the annexe to the bar/restaurant in bad weather but this is overcome by the warm log fire and the good selection of beers... more
