visited on Sat 08/08/09. Lovely decor but a little dark. Food above your average Indian restaurant (and priced accordingly) but took an age to arrive- presumably to make you spend even more at the expensive bar. I will avoid this place in future because the bill arrives with VAT and Service Charge as extra - this added £25 onto the... more

Stayed at The Park Royal for a special weekend treat for Christmas with my wife and friends. It was the Christmas dinner evening on the 5th. On arrival the staff were friendly and reception clean and modern. Check-in was quick. Stayed in room 249 which wasn't 4 star. Basic to say the least. No better than a lesser 2 star... more
