The Luton Hilton is new, having been open about 4 months when I stayed there. Clean and new as you'd expect. Problem was the food, which was dire! The manager was dismissive in his apology and offered no compensation at all to a polite email sent following our visit. Our first night away from our new baby was spoiled by heavy machinery and gardening outside our room at 7.30 in the morning. I travel regularly in the UK - having to book overnight accommodation. Leaside Hotel - in Luton - is about the provision of quality service, at a reasonable price. The bedroom was clean and the en-suite facilities excellent.
