We decided to have a night away for a special occassion. Could not have picked a better hotel in a famous East Coast resort. The staff are rude and unhelpful. we arrived at 4 pm are room was'nt ready we were told it was still being decorated and would be another hour .we asked for an extra key as there was three of to be told we should all come and go togethere after a discussion we received another key. the room was ok... more
