(4 votes) The rooms are very basic, but the place is very clean, has free WiFi internet, and is in a super handy position to the train and ferries. I needed an overnight stopover prior to catching the ferry to Hirtshals and this place is ideal. more

Next to the Kristiansand Cathedral is a quaint, quiet cafe. The food isn't too expensive as compared to other places. It's located off the "Main strip" so it's a little more peaceful. Bring a jacket, if you get chilly. The outdoor heaters are nice, but you ahve to sit right next to one. (Can anyone say S'mores?!) The calzone was... more
