The Rica Victoria hotel offers a great value for it's money, where it is priced to really attract people, I stayed 2 nights in a budget double room, it made me love the city. The food was great. The main restaurant had good buffé for the whole family. I reccomend to try the A-la-carte "Salt & Pepper". Excellent food and service.
