Front desk staff are extremely rude, and know very little English. Zero knowledge of places to go for tourists and don't even offer a brochure or map. There is no concierge or bell boy. We stayed here just for one night during the Bregenzer Festspiele (which I can highly recommend). Used this hotel as a base whilst travelling with Headwater Holidays! Was ideal! In an excellent location & only a short walk to the lake front. Rooms are bright, spacious & very comfortable indeed.
