We booked this hotel expecting a 5* resort, in our opinion it would really struggle to get a 3* rating. The rooms were ok but the service was terrible, the staff could not be bothered and came across very rude, the alcohol is weaker and the wine is foul and on draft, the food was ok but mostly the same... more

If you expect to have a relaxing holiday at this hotel, security staff and bar staff were very unfriendly and intimidating, bar staff threw the food towards the kids, windows of dining room are opened up wide first thing in the morning allowing flies and other insects to crawl all over the food, flies in the milk jugs.
