Excellent as a base for exploring the Algarve, if you wish to avoid the tourist ghettos. In the evening you can dine by the charming town square, watching kids play volleyball - with storks watching from the rooftoop. The view of the Silves castle from bed was my personal highlight. This was my second trip to Daus Quintas and I again really enjoyed my stay. It's idyllic setting away from the hustle and bustle of a resort was perfect for myself and my partner both in our late 20's to relax and recharge for a couple of nights.
