This hotel (Ruve Lavoisier) is terrible. Staff do their best but clearly management is either absent or really does NOT care. On arriving we had been booked in on separate floors, despite having booked and paid at one and the same time. Were re-located into two smoking rooms on otherwise non-smoking floor.
