“We expected more!”

A four star hotel should have a minibar, no broken chairs and shampoo in the bathroom! Worst of all, it was much too warm in the room and with traffic outside you will not open the window to get some freshness. Food wasn't good. In short, you pay way too much for what you get! more

The location of this hotel is great.. Located at the side of a lake in Rotterdam this hotel is absolutely great.. Getting a room facing the lake wud a great thing to enjoy ur stay even more.. The rooms are good and the restaurant is excellent with good variety of foods.. Overall a very good experience and a good hotel... more

Having stayed here twice, what I like about the Westin Rotterdam is that it delivers what it says it delivers--ultramodern, five-star lodging in the heart of a great city. Service is well executed and quite friendly by Dutch standards, the beds are exquisite, and the windows make maximum advantage of the excellent surrounding views.
