After a long driving trip through Switzerland and Northern Italy, it was nice to arrive back at the Renaissance Zurich for the last night of our stay in Europe before flying back to Canada. A brief one night stay only. Check in and check out was friendly and efficient; but the service in the restaurant was abysmal. Butter and olive oil dip was brought; but no bread! And they completely forgot my first course. As for the room, best described as minimalistically ugly. more
