Working in Basel for 4 months I spent 3 days almost every week in the Swissotel, our set company hotel. This was the most amazing meal I have ever had - the wine recommendation was excellent! As this is a very expensive restaurant with weathly customers, the atmosphere felt a bit arrogant - I wasn't necessarily my loud and bubbly self and behaved extremely well ;-) more

This hotel was amazing - my fiancee at the time arranged a weekend stay to propose to me. He had my ring delivered to the hotel for safety reasons and it was dealt with impeccable professionalism and discretion. The reception staff knew our name before we introduces ourselves.
