a budget hotel, not the typical 3 star italian hotel that I've seen and not that great a bargain. Location is very convenient to central perugia and easily accessible by bus and minimetro from train station. My stay was booked for me by conference organizers so I hadn't selected this hotel in advance but was very happy with it. The room was bright and reasonably spacious by European standards with a comfortable bed and it was quiet with window closed. There is free wireless internet which is unusual in Italy.
