We were looking for the "Perfect Ten" tour of Perugia. Art, history, food, local color and the current tempo in Italy. With that criteria there is only one tour guide that could possibly measure up. When in Assisi YOU MUST NOT MISS THIS EATERY! Open for lunch, I am not sure. But the dinners were nothing short of superlative. From appetizers to main courses to fabulous desserts. We were pleased to find a table here as it was much busier than other places in town at the end of October and the service was efficient and willing. However, it was relatively expensive for the standard of meal and the dining area lacked any atmosphere. more
