Villa Schuler is a 3 star hotel that is very nicely situated in Taormina. You can walk down to the public gardens, the Greek Theater, the cable car and the main walking street (Corso Umberto) all very easily. A HUGE breakfast is included daily. Went for lunch and then went back for dinner later on that week. Great outdoor seating with a nice view of the bay in Mazzaro. My friend enjoyed his linguine & clams that he had for lunch very much.
