Stayed at the Hotel Berna, Milan, in May this year; very centrally located, lovely hotel with one of the world's greatest breakfast buffets! The staff were exceptional; obviously beautifully trained, so friendly and professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and will definitely stay there again on our next trip to gorgeous Milan. more
