When we arrived in our room of the Benidorm Plaza it stank of stale cigarettes. There was hair in the sink and stains on the toilet. The decor in the room was old and ugly. Just returned from 4 nights at the hotel. Staff efficient and as friendly as required-- remember, a little bit of spanish goes a long way and is always met with a smile of appreciation.
