Tiny room, but one of the most spectacular locations in the world. A little difficult to find because of pedestrianized streets. Park at the Lemans lot and walk from there. We stayed here one night on a driving trip through Spain. Very helpful staff, delicious breakfast, convenient free parking. Within walking distance of the Aqueduct and Plaza. Pretty good walk to the Alcazar, but can be done. Would definitely stay here again. more

The Hacienda is a wine estate just outside of Salamanca. The buildings have been sensitively converted and there is a separate Spa but no pool. I have found cozy hotel with 2 outstanding restaurants (local people come here!) and with fantastic location on the main Ponferrada square.
