We departed on 10 November having booked a late deal with Thomson's just a week previously. Great area to go and sunbathe and great position as the beach is down the other end of Puerto. Lovely design with the different pools and segmented areas and there were shady parts or hire parasols. It was 3.5 Euros entrance and if you wanted a pad for your sunbed this was extra. The area was kept clean and plenty... more

Staying at this hotel as a half-board guest places you at a disadvantage as the hotel is geared to the all inclusive visitor. Therefore the standard of service, the time spent queuing to enter the dining room for breakfast and the quality of the food all add to diminish it’s stated 4 star rating. more
