“hotel run like an army camp”

my husband and myself stayed at pollensa parkhotel 1 week in october nice hotel but to many rules no drinks can be taken in or out of dining room food was tasteless frozen vegetables and instant mashed potato entertainment average majorca is lovely would visit again but next time would go selfcatering more

this complex is one if not the best i have been to ,my lovely wife Lesley has problems with walking and uses a w/chair and it is so easy at the Viva. The accommodation is 1st class the staff cannot do enough for you to the man they understand customer care . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANY ONE... more

if you like your food, then dont go near this hotel. The food is just some of the worst i have ever encountered. We went for a week all inclusive and ate out twice, it would have been more but we didnt budget for dinner so couldnt afford it. To eat out and drink locally is really very cheap so... more
