This hotel is a great value for a stay in San Sebastian. We spent three nights there. As previous reviews have stated it is primarily for those traveling by car. We enjoyed staying at Niza. It's right on the beach, smack in the middle, so you can walk to anything in either direction. Room was not lavish, but clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and nice (small) bathroom. We lucked out and got a spectacular ocean view.
