stayed here in nov , the weather was really lovely late 70 s, had a balcony room over looking pool, a little tired but ok. We arrived approx 11am and the room was really hot and uncomfotable asked reception how air con worked and was told it was their winter and it was switched off till march! The reception staff... more

Just back after 9 days. glad to be home for a rest lol. location is great a 2 min walk to promenade and beach. lots of shops and bars all around. not alot for kids to do we found a few bars that had quiz nights and bingo the kids loved them (they r 12 and 7). Smugglers round corner... more

This was our first holiday since my wife's accident and we tried the Palm Beach. Staff were very helpful and could not do enough for us. The shower in our room was unsuitable for my wife (grab rail on wrong side), and we got offered the choice of six other rooms and assistance to move rooms. We hired a wheelchair... more
