“Unbelievabe Misconceptiont of a service industry”

This is THE worst hotel in terms of service. The receptionist was the worst who never smiled at all, and all the staff seemed to have the same attitude of being unfriendly, down to the waitress at the coffee shop/bar. We just stumbled into this place for the look of it, so I didn't know about all the Roman stuff till I looked it up afterwards. It just seemed like a nice, old German restaurant.
