Four exhausted motorcyclists arrived at the Residenz Hotel to a warm welcome from the owners who were friendly, helpful & spoke English. The hotel is immaculate..... Our double bed was very comfortable with separate mattresses & duvets. Shower gel & liquid soap is available in the ensuite shower with soft 'bright white' towels. Just walkable from the train station, you walk through a pleasant pedestrianised area before you get to the seedy end of town. The hotel will probably be locked up with nobody on reception but once you've found somebody in the office next door everything starts to get better. Nice, light, very clean rooms with all you need.
