Stayed at Chalet Alice over New Year week 09/10. We saw reviews and descriptions before we went, but it was even better than we imagined. Milly and Robin were really good before we went, putting us totally at ease with booking and preparation. From the moment we looked into booking with Rude Chalets, we couldn't have asked for more helpful staff. We were not disappointed once we arrived either. We stayed at Chalet Chapelle in Morzine and the chalet was perfect..... one of the highlights was definately sipping champagne in the hot tub on New Years Eve once we'd returned from the slopes.... more
There are some very negative reviews on this site which I think give an unjust impression of this hotel especially if the Esprit team currently in charge stay the distance and dont cut corners or loose enthusiasm during the course of the long season ahead. we are a familly of 5 and stayed on one of the 2 room suites.... more
