I spent just one night (special offer) at the Golf Hotel (Barrière) in Deauville and I didn't expect much seeing that the price was so low. How wrong I was! Certainly not a 4 or 5 star property but very good for the cost. Short drive to the Normandy Landing Beaches and Memorials and Bayeux. Just accross the canal from Trouville with its many sidewalk cafes and restaurants. Parking was available in indoor garage, Staff was excellent and accomodationg. more

This hotel is located in the middle of an 18-hole golf court on top of a quite steep hill overlooking Deauville & Trouville.
