We stayed at the Holiday Inn Caen City Centre from July 8 through 11, 2009. It was not a good experience. The hotel is old and shows its age. Stayed here one night after arriving by train from Paris to tour Normandy invasion sites. All we wanted was a nice clean place to stay and the Mercure Caen did the job.
