We purchased tickets and even though our limited French was obvious to the woman in the tourist centre she did not tell us that the tour we paid for was French speaking only. This was one of the best hotel experiences that I have ever had in France or any other country in Europe. The staff is excellent and I was treated vey well as a solo traveler. I returned with friends once and then stayed alone again for a total of three stays. I would recommend this hotel highly. more
