I stayed at this hotel for the 6th time in a year in early October. I regularly visit Derby with my partner. We love the hotel. Arrived at the hotel at 5p.m, went to check-in and the lady at receptionist asked for £10.00 extra to what the confirmation had said. When i questioned this she told me she would have to swipe my card again....i was confused, she soon figured out it was a fault of her own and instead of an apology made some lame... more
