Spent one night at the Rosedale during the first week of opening for the season 2008. Lady at reception was friendly and helpful and we were shown to our room through a maze of corridors. Heating had been put on in our room prior to our arrival and the room was clean and tidy with great views over the harbour.... more

The Pink Guest House

Just returned from a couple of days in Skye and two nights in the Pink Guest House. Were advised beforehand that we would have a family room as there were no doubles left. I think the toilets in an establishment are always a good measure of the overall cleanliness and mind set of the management. Here they ware distinctly uncared for and grimey.
