Positives: -Very friendly helpful staff -clean room -gorgeous building and grounds Negatives: -horrible buffet breakfast, for the amount of money you pay for tariffs you would think they would serve you fresh food. pretty much everything was cold. -over priced bar, a small cup of coffee was £3.65 and didn't even taste that good -cold shower -flat, synthetic fiber pillows... more

I stayed with my girlfriend at the Hollytree in September while visiting relatives in the area. The all round service was faultless. My son recently had his wedding function at the Balgeddie House Hotel and 30 of his friends and family from the midlands stayed there. The group included all ages including a baby 8 weeks old.
