As a recent widow, my first stay in a guest house alone made me anxious but the welcome I received on arrival and the friendliness of the other guests made it a very pleasant experience. Stayed here for 2 nights and was delighted with it. Got a great deal on website. Room was very nice and also clean. Bathroom was a bit worn but still clean. We stayed here after a local wedding - the room was superb, plush, couldn't ask for more. The lounge bar with sofas is very relaxed with waiter drinks service, very comfy seating and perfect!
