i found the europa bed room very cold we arrived at 2pm and after askin four times about the heating my daughter and i had to get into bed fully clothed at 5 30pm as we were so cold this probem wasnt solved the entire weekend. The food on the 1st nite was fine til it was time for our... more

We stayed here for a conference weekend and had a great stay.The Callans were very knowledgable and gave us great advice re transport,places to visit and eat.
