We have stayed at the Elm Grove for a weekend family break every year for the last 4/5 years. My elderly, disabled, parents are always given a ground floor room as they find stairs very difficult. After reading the preceding reviews we were anxious about staying at the Greenhills. We were then pleasanlty surpised to discover friendly and helpful staff, a clean and well looked after hotel, with food that was excellent - all this for a very reasonable price. We stayed in kiln park for the bank holiday week end on the "over flow" tents field. The field was mostly flooded and it was hard to find a nice and dry spot. We did not sleep in the night because of the noise. This part of the campsite was very loud, the field is along the main road used... more
