I have stayed in many, many hotels from 2 star right through to 5 star. The Novotel, whilst not being as plush as a 5 star is still a very, very good hotel. Clean rooms, very helpful receptionists, very friendly bar & restaurant staff. I really couldn't fault it, if you are staying there make sure you purchase the breakfast... more

First of all let me say that physically this is a fantastic hotel, in a great location, only a two minutes walk from the station and facing the waterfront. The rooms are above average and include some nice features such as an Apple TV and complementary wireless Internet. However, I would never stay again due to how rude the staff... more
