The place is very tired and in need of a re vamp, furniture, crokery, decor all look worn. The atmosphere was non existant, no music, candles unlit, the staff were unfriendly and seemed to stamp about the place. We couldn't wait to get out... Just a one night stay but made to feel comfortable as soon as we entered. Superb room with fantastic en-suite facilities. Breakfast was the best I've ever had at a B and B. Excellent location just 15 minutes walk from Stratford town centre. Thank you Jan for making our short stay so enjoyable. We will be back. Anyone looking for... more

A party of 15, we were booked in for a pretheatre lunch, to be out for 1.00pm. Ruby could not have been more helpful. We were emailed the fixed price menus and we sent back our choices.
