The place is very nice, the facilities excellent, the location close to Haslemere with beautiful countryside to the south is superb. Nearly all the staff were brilliant! Very attentive and polite with the time to talk to us. By the way, I am not a serial complainer - you should see some of my other reviews. So what went wrong?... more
