The Fish and Chips were excellent and the atmosphere in the restaurant was very jolly. The outdoor eating areas are tremendously pretty. We had the most marvellous evening at The Wensleydale Heifer on Saturday evening. I notice that a previous reviewer compares it unfavourably to The Crab and Lobster but, having eaten many times at the C and L, we actually thought that the Heifer was better.
