a lovely bed and breackfast, excellent value for money, ideal location for exploring the city centre. we were made to feel very welcolm, excellent rooms well decorated with nice en-suite, very comfortable. very nice full english breakfast, would reccommend this b&b to anyone visiting lincoln, would stay here again . more

Friday night in Lincoln... about 8 people in this place... lots of empty tables abrupt staff... charmless girl in a scruffy suit who scooted around the place not smiling taking orders. Food really dulll, no offer of pepper, parmesan, how's your meal... therefore in my book not italian. Lots of other italians in Lincoln... go there. more
