the food was good and the service in the restaurant bit. however, the room (deluxe) was shabby - poorly lit internal bathroom, lino floor. the curtains were hanging off the rail and couldn't be fixed. furniture was a mish mash. breakfast was only available at 8.30am.....too late for us. it felt like no-one cared and it wasn't being managed properly more

This was such a lovely hotel. I spent 2 nights with fellow colleages, the room was very pleasant and the shared areas of the hotel were even more lovely. So pleasant. Extremely recommended and my favourite in Cheltenham. Restaurant is very nice and has a great refrectory with nice sofas. Perfect place to chill out a weekend. Food is also... more

I have never written a review before but I felt strongly that this hotel should receive some credit for what was an outstanding stay for me and my girl friend!
