“Fantastic breakfast”

We had the continental breakfast at the Hotel du Vin Bistro and it was stellar. Homemade jams and breads (which come toasted if you like), a great selection of juices and yogurts, and some cakes too. The coffee is great and the bistro has a calm, sophisticated environment. I highly recommend the Hotel du Vin for breakfast. more

The Hotel Du Vin is not cheap, but you do get a lot of comfort and a very nice place in Cambridge for the money. The beds are big and comfortable (no twins pushed together here!), the bathtubs are the best of any hotel I've ever stayed in, and the breakfast is fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel. This was a charming and relaxing place for us to stay for three nights. On arrival, we were greeted with tea and cake, and made to feel at home immediately.
