The "resort" is not a resort, it is akin to an old holiday inn or best western at best that needs updating. Good location on the ocean. Rugs are old, tv's are old, furniture and bathroom is old. Not dirty or disgusting but do not have high expectations. Oceanfront dining room views are spectacular and food is just ok. Breakfast... more

We stayed at the Blue Rock resort largely on the basis of the many positive reviews on tripadvisor and were definitely pleased we did. The hotel is wonderfully taken care of from the grounds to the spic and span bathroom. The pristine nature of the motel far makes up for the more basic nature of the rooms.
