The Peppercorn restaurant is located on the ground floor of the Best Western hotel. The tables and chairs are comfortable in pleasant decor. This is a truly fantastic Italian family restaurant. So good in fact, that various family members have taken vacations to Trail, driving many hours, primarily for the purpose of eating at the Colander, which my grandfather discovered on a business trip. A very memorable dining experience! Probably the best restaurant food I've had. more
