We stayed at this Best Western on our way from Algonquin Park to Ottawa. The hotel is off the main road and there is very little around apart from a service station on the other side. I read the reviews of this hotel and they were uniformly positive, so I thought I'd book a room here. It was a nice hotel, but nothing special. Maybe nicer than people would expect from a Travelodge, but that's about it. It was a standard hotel with a nice staff. Perhaps the only better-than-expected part of it was the restaurant.... more
