“Expensive, Poor Quality, small portions”

Calamari was greasy and the accompanying dip was uninspired and nothing like tzatziki, Muskox was overcooked and tough and grizzle laden, Spaetzle was gloopey and under-seasoned, the vegetables were sparse and all of this "gourmet french cuisine" cost over $53. If anyone is writing a review about this restaurant it is propaganda from the owners and should not be trusted!!! more

By far the most overrated and overprice restaurant in Yellowknife. A dated menu and poor execution and quality. The only thing going for it are the servers. Important note, Chef Pierre also does food for Le Frolic, Wildcat Cafe, the airport and catering all of which are equally poor quality and overprice. more

Amaaaazing place!-right at the lake :) even in -40 it felt cosy and homely...the big windows facing the lake in the living room are perfect to wait for the Northern Lights inside ;)...and the hosts are looovely :)...definitely recommend staying there...breakfast was amaaazing too and sooo worth getting up for-even that i am not a morning person at aaaall ;)thaaaanks... more
