Excellent menu. Creative cuisine. The crab and scallop cake and the sablefish with a miso and maple sirup glaze were both excellent. Nice wine list. Service is only ok. But the whole evening was a very pleasant one. more
This hotel is really well located right in the heart of downtown Fredericton, just besides the river and the main street and near restaurants and shops. The lobby is rather nice with the majestic stairway and some grandeur of the past. However it barely has any "meeting" space.
