This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. First of all the staff at night were terrible, second of all one elevator was out of order and the second elevator was super sketchy and it took FOREVER to get anywhere and when you were on the right floor it took 15 sec to open up. This hotel definitely is in my top ten! Stayed here several days after a cruise to Alaska. It is just charming. Everything about our stay was excellent. The adjoining restaurant is as well.
